1 French Stick or Ciabatta Bread
2 Cloves of Garlic (peeled and chopped)
3 Tablsp Olive Oil
4 Tomatoes (chopped)
1 Red Onion (peeled and chopped)
1 Dessertsp Basil Leaves (torn)
1. Cut the bread length wise, then into
pieces about 10cm long.
2. Combine half the garlic with the olive oil and brush the inside of the bread.
3. Pre-heat the grill and toast the bread lightly on both sides.
4. Combine the remaining ingredients and spoon on to the garlic oil side of the bread.
5. Serve immediately.
