1 Tablsp Sunflower Oil
350g Chicken Breast Meat (sliced)
1 Teasp Cajun Spice
2 Cloves of Garlic (peeled and chopped)
1 Onion (peeled and sliced)
2 Peppers (washed, de-seeded and sliced)
8 x 64g (medium) Tortillas
1. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan,
add the chicken, spice and garlic and stir
fry for about 5 minutes.
2. Add the onion and peppers and cook for a
further 3 minutes.
3. Warm tortillas in the oven or microwave
and serve with chicken mixture.
