Ingredients (serves 4)

1 Tablsp Sunflower Oil

2 Onions (peeled and chopped)

4 Potatoes (peeled, boiled and mashed)

240g Chicken Meat (cooked and chopped)

4 Tablsp Boiling Water with 1 Vegetable

Stock Cube

Pinch of Black Pepper

200g Frozen Peas

140g Beetroot

Method

1. Heat the oil; add onions fry for about 5 minutes until soft.

2. Add the remaining ingredients, except beetroot, season with black pepper.

3. Cover and cook for a further 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking,

4. Serve hot accompanied by beetroot.
