1 Dessertsp Vegetable Oil
5 Mushrooms (washed and sliced)
1 Onion (peeled and chopped)
2 Eggs (whisked)
200g Long Grain Rice (cooked)
4 Tablsp Frozen Garden Peas
1 Tablsp Soy Sauce
Pinch of Black Pepper
1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry
the mushrooms and onion until soft, push
the mixture to one side of the pan.
2. Stir in eggs to the clear side of the pan
and cook till set. Add rice and peas and
mix together, fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add soy sauce and season with black
pepper to taste
