1 Tablsp Runny Honey
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 x 150g Natural Yogurt
1. Defrost fruit in a bowl, pour over honey and add cinnamon stick.
2. Allow flavours to infuse for a couple of hours or overnight.
3. Serve with yogurt.
