1 Tablsp Olive Oil
2 Cloves of Garlic (peeled and chopped)
1 Red Chilli (de-seeded and chopped)
1 Large Tin (400g) of Chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
½ Lemon (zest and juice)
1 Tablsp Peanut Butter
1 Tablsp Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
1 Teasp Ground Coriander Black Pepper
1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend.
2. Season with black pepper to taste.
3. Serve chilled.
