Method
1. Bring kettle to the boil
2. Break egg into a bowl, add half a teaspoon of margarine and a dessert spoon of milk, season with pepper
3. Whisk with a fork
4. Pour into roasting bag and secure with tier
5. Place bag in kettle and bring back to the boil
6. Check egg for readiness
7. Using scissors to open up the bag, remove the egg
8. Service with spinach and tomatoes or toast
