500g Lean Minced Beef
1 Onion (peeled and chopped)
1 Clove of Garlic (peeled and chopped)
1 x 400g Tin of Chopped Tomatoes or
Passata
2 Tablsp Tomato Puree
½ Teasp Dried Herbs
1 Pepper (deseeded and chopped)
2 Celery Sticks (washed and chopped)
Pinch of Black Pepper
200g Dried Spaghetti (cooked)
1. Brown mince over a gentle heat, add all other ingredients except the spaghetti and simmer for 20 minutes, adding water if necessary.
2. Season with black pepper to taste and serve with cooked spaghetti.
